Pe trouz war an douar – A Breton Christmas

The text was written by Abbot Pierre Noury, born in 1743 in Lauzach (Morbihan) and who died in 1804. He was the rector of Bignan parish and a prolific author in the Breton language. “Pe trouz war an douar” is one of his best-known works, written in the Vannetais dialect, and remains a cornerstone of Breton liturgical heritage.
