Game of Thrones – Version 1
This first arrangement presents the famous main theme while remaining faithful to its original character. It includes a lever change at the beginning of the melody, allowing the harmony to be preserved as naturally as possible.
Game of Thrones – Version 2
The second arrangement offers a different musical perspective by introducing an ostinato accompaniment in the left hand. This repeating pattern creates a strong rhythmic foundation beneath the melody, resulting in a more flowing and hypnotic interpretation while remaining enjoyable to play on the Celtic harp.
The Rains of Castamere
The third piece in this collection is - The Rains of Castamere - , the haunting song closely associated with House Lannister. More intimate and melancholic than the main theme, this beautiful melody has become one of the most memorable musical themes of the series. Its noble and dramatic atmosphere translates beautifully to the warm, expressive sound of the Celtic harp.

Cette version apporte une couleur nouvelle tout en restant parfaitement adaptée à la harpe celtique.

Plus intimiste et mélancolique que le thème principal, cette mélodie est devenue l'un des thèmes les plus emblématiques de la série. “Down by the River” is the main theme of Baldur’s Gate 3, composed by Borislav Slavov. It was the very first piece he wrote for the game, which he presented to the team by singing and playing guitar, marking the start of the project’s musical direction.

Contents of this collection
Sleepsong is undoubtedly one of Secret Garden' s most beautiful compositions. Inspired by the timeless atmosphere of Celtic lullabies, this peaceful melody is perfectly suited to the harp.
In this collection, I offer five progressive arrangements, allowing every harpist to enjoy this wonderful piece at their own level while gradually developing their skills.
Sleepsong – A Progressive Music Book to Support Your Musical Journey
* Two short versions for 27-string harp, covering the first two verses, with
two different levels of difficulty.
* One complete (long) version for 27- string harp, featuring the full
arrangement.
* One short version for 34-string harp.
* One complete (long) version for 34-string harp, with richer harmonies and
textures.
In August 2026, I organized three online workshops dedicated to Sleepsong for my students. They were a great success because every participant could begin with an arrangement suited to their current level and then continue progressing through the more advanced versions.
This progressive approach allows harpists to build confidence while discovering the many musical colours of this beautiful piece.
I hope this collection will accompany you on your own musical journey and bring you as much joy in playing as it has brought me in creating these arrangements.

Sleepsong – Un carnet évolutif pour accompagner votre progression
Sleepsong est sans doute l'une des plus belles compositions de Secret Garden. Cette mélodie apaisante, inspirée de l'univers des berceuses celtiques, se prête merveilleusement à la harpe.
Dans ce carnet, je vous propose cinq arrangements progressifs, afin que chacun puisse découvrir cette œuvre selon son niveau tout en conservant le plaisir de jouer la même musique.
Vous y trouverez :
Deux versions courtes pour harpe 27 cordes, permettant de jouer les deux premiers couplets, avec deux niveaux de difficulté.
Une version longue pour harpe 27 cordes, développant l'intégralité du morceau.
Une version courte pour harpe 34 cordes.
Une version longue pour harpe 34 cordes, plus riche harmoniquement.
En août 2026, j'ai proposé trois stages virtuels consacrés à Sleepsong auprès de mes élèves. Cette formule a rencontré un très beau succès : chacun pouvait travailler la version correspondant à son niveau, puis évoluer progressivement vers les arrangements plus élaborés.
Cette approche permet d'apprendre sans frustration tout en découvrant peu à peu les nombreuses couleurs musicales de cette œuvre. J'espère que ce carnet vous accompagnera longtemps et vous donnera autant de plaisir à jouer que j'en ai eu à réaliser ces arrangements.
